Nicely drawn, but reminds me that in my day all we had were paper notes and airplanes which required at least a little creativity. Society is falling apart!
Great one Jane! I think you nailed the sneakiest activity of all! These poor teachers now-a-days... what they have to compete with! Great lines and nice angle!
When I was in school, I was always sneaking reading books, and I suppose I still have some students who do that, but alas, the texting happens ALL THE TIME!
I am a retired high school art teacher who enjoys drawing and painting, but who now works predominately as a printmaker in my small home studio. I love exploring various block printing techniques, and print everything by hand without a press, using water soluble inks.
Whatever I do as an artist, I have to remind myself---no pressure---it all starts by just putting pencil to paper.
Yes, this is rather common. I hear of youngsters text messaging without looking. Not sure if they can still do that with the smart phones though.
ReplyDeleteGreat subject, remember when it was just pencil and paper notes :)
