I imagine that there will be lots of muddy pigs represented on IF this week. Hope I've created a slightly different twist on the theme. Not sure who'd like to receive a "Muddy Valentine" but I had fun playing around with a new character.
Very nice painting. I did do a muddy pig too, but yours is very original and nice. I will not receive a Valentine Card ('ve no Valentin), but if I would have, I would have liked to receive something like that, very fresh with its hearts all around the drawing.
PS (my profile I use to sign here is not the one of my blog of painting - I've got another one with another profile. Marie K.)
I am an art teacher who loves to draw and paint, as well as illustrate for children. I also enjoy printmaking---especially block prints. Whatever I do as an artist, I have to remind myself---no pressure---it all starts by just putting pencil to paper.
I would like to receive a "Muddy Valentine"! I love the heart shaped mud splat, what a sweet guy...
