I'm home enjoying a snow day from school. This gray squirrel was out on the tray feeder trying to dig out some seeds from under a fresh pile of snow. We've received about 16" of snow so far and it's still coming down.
This drawing is only 2" x 2" in size and done in black prismacolor. I'm thinking of putting it into the 9th Annual Minumental Show at the NHIA. Every piece is 2" x 2" and all are priced at $44.99.

I love it! You've captured the textures of the squirrel and the snow beautifully.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lot of snow you're getting! In the UK we've had more than usual, but nothing like that, at least not in the north west. Enjoy.
Great way to use your snow day! Nice drawing--I like his gesture. He looks like he is ready to move at any moment.
